How Long will it take for my order to arrive and who will deliver the parcel?
Our Standard UPS home delivery is 2 days to all metropolitan areas. For all other orders deliveries are usually made within 2 -3 working days. For Highlands and Islands delivery can take up to 5 working days.
Express deliveries are made within 1-2 days and can be selected at checkout.
A signature may be required and if you’re not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange a delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we will send an email to you with your order tracking number.
Will the recipient have to pay duty on their order?
Our products are sold on a DDP (Delivery Duty paid) basis. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation.
Recipients of deliveries made outside the European Union have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed.
How do I return/exchange my order?
If for any reason your are not satisfied with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact us either by email or by phone to discuss and make any necessary changes.
All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase to the address below.
We recommend that you get a certificate for proof-of-posting to ensure we receive your unwanted items safely. Please note that the items are your responsibility until they reach us.

Once we have received your returns, we will process your refund or exchange within a few working days.

How Long will it take to get a refund?
It can take between 3-5 working days for your refund to be returned to your account.
If you haven’t received your refund within 5 working days, then please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to look in to this.
